About Generation2 Mortgage Services Serving Connecticut Homeowners Since 2000

Welcome to Generation2 Mortgage Services!

Generation2 Mortgage Services was founded in 2008 as a direct result of the need for simple mortgage solutions for clients needing to purchase or refinance their home. We realized this need as we came from larger lenders; we saw the egregious fees and methodical loan process they put their clients through. Some of the items that we saw were clients being steered in the wrong direction on loan programs, charged miscellaneous closing costs and given misinformation which was represented with higher rates.

This experience made our mission simple when we opened our doors: make the loan process simple, transparent and cost effective while offering all the possible loan programs available to the consumer today while ensuring our clients obtain the best rates on the market all while receiving honest personalized service that is hard to find in this industry.

Our business philosophy has remained the same since we opened. Whether you are a former client of ours or a referral from a friend or realtor, we assure you that you will have a very positive experience during your loan transaction. During your loan process, you can expect the very highest level of personalized service, sound financial advice (where we are recommending different program options that act in the best interest of you), low closing fees and very competitive rates.
