Our loan portfolio consists of conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA (100% financing, restrictions apply) and Jumbo loans for purchases.

For each loan program, we offer both traditional fixed rates typically in 10,15, 20, 25 and 30 year terms as well as adjustable rate loans (ARMs) in 3/1, 5/1, 7/1 and 10/1 formats.

We will evaluate your specific needs and evaluate which loan programs suit your needs. At times, there might be only one option and others, there might be several. Knowing your options is a key part of what sets us apart from other lenders.
