During his 17 years in the mortgage industry, Keith Aloisa has accumulated a wealth of knowledge, working with Conventional, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA) and USDA loan programs and financing for all types of buyers. From the first time home buyer including buyers with weaker credit to the experienced home buyer that has been through the process before, Keith has the tools and knowledge he needs to identify the best and most appropriate loan program for each client. One of the most important attributes that Keith has is the understanding of each program guidelines and their limitations. Correctly identifying your loan option(s) is a key part of the loan process. He started working at Gen2 in January 1999 as a senior loan officer and went on to be a joint owner of Gen2 in 2010. Keith and his wife, Bobbi, live in Coventry with their two children: Dylan, 8; and Justin, 7. When Keith is not working, he is an active coach for both of his son’s soccer, baseball and basketball teams.

Mark's mortgage broker experience has put him in touch with the first time homebuyer to the most complicated self employed entrepreneur with multiple properties and complex tax returns. His goal is always the same - provide useful and reliable information so the customer can make an informed decision before entering into a real estate transaction. This includes providing estimates of what the monthly mortgage payment would be on a wide range of pre-approved prices, as well as estimating the closing costs and down payment needs so there are no surprises at closing. After listening to hundreds of customer's needs and wants over the years, he is able to quickly analyze and recommend the proper loan program to meet their goals and objectives. With the experience & knowledge from Conventional & FHA/ CHFA loans to VA/ USDA products as well, he offers all the possible loan options that best suits our clients needs with a seamless, transparent & cost effective approach. Outside of helping clients achieve the dream of home ownership, Mark is married to his wife Karen and has 4 children Kelsey, Aiden, Maddie & Reese. Mark is also very active in the community in which his family resides as a coach for youth basketball, baseball & soccer while sitting on both the baseball & soccer boards in various capacities.
